I go this for my wife for Valentine's day, because she said she wanted a heart necklace. Pay attention to the size, because it is pretty small, much like my heart. :) That being said, it is nice looking and it was very appreciated and bragged upon at work the following Monday.

The jewelry is nice. Much smaller than I anticipated--although I gotta admit the "height" in the product description is accurate--and for the price I cannot complain. It is nice. The necklace itself (not the heart pendant) seems pretty fragile/delicate. That may be a style as opposed to an indication of quality. Don't know.
What I CAN complain about, is that the "packaging" is listed as a "Regal Blue Sueded-Cloth Pouch". I really wanted to present it in a suede box, you know, the kind with suede on the outside, about an inch tall, and about 3x3" sort-of-square. It opens like a clamshell, and WALLAH, there's the necklace. So I went to the mall and spent thirty bucks on a nice presentation box (including nine bucks or engraving)--no jewelry store would sell me one, by the way.
Then it turns out that the product is indeed shipped in exactly the kind of case I wanted! NOT the pouch as in the description, but a dark-blue suede clamshell. I sure wish I would have known, because I would have saved thirty bucks. I over-nighted it, so I had to trust the description. Oh well. That stinks. :' (
But still, I'll say once again, nice product for the price. So I'm not devastated.
